我吃了一段時間很有效

我吃了一段時間，很有效。後來停吃，作息不正常，壓力又開始，頭髮掉很多，症狀就開始回來，現在乖乖再回去吃，很快就有改善，這次之後我應該會持續吃，如營養師跟我建議的，症狀改善之後，維持一段時間，再減到保養劑量。
