Shipping policy

Attention: Please allow 2~4 days to process your order before shipping. After finishing the preparation process, we will ship the packages immediately. The shipping time depends on the carriers.

For Free Shipping on Orders Over $199 in Continental US:

Starting from November 1, 2016, we will exclude the some items from the free shipping list, such as oil, sauce, vinegar, etc. In other words, oil/sauce/vinegar now become Non-qualified items for free shipping. Therefore, if the order is over $199, our system will ONLY charge shipping fees for those Non-qualified items. The rest of qualified items will still remain FREE of shipping charge.

Non-qualified items include Bragg - Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Vibration machine and etc. The list of items are subject to change without any further notice.

※ For order over $199 with free shipping in continental US, we have the right to use the proper shipping carrier either USPS or UPS.

For Shipping to countries other than US :

Customers may choose the carriers from DHL International Express, T-Cat (Taiwan only) or USPS. (T-Cat for Taiwan Only)
